Giles is responsible for the overall running of Horseblocks, and had the original idea to offer an existing range of plastic safety steps as Horse Mounting Blocks. Pink and purple were added to the standard range of colours and the interest was so good that Giles decided to add 2 new mounting blocks to the range along with 3 jump blocks that will be available in 8 standard colours. Our aim here at Horseblocks is to provide our customers with exceptional levels of customer service, products of the highest quality and the quickest possible deliveries.
We do not believe in ridiculous delivery times, and we feel that customers have the right to expect great products at great prices from stock, without having to wait weeks for the next shipment to arrive from the U.S.
All of our products are held in stock in a wide selection of colours which means that in most cases you will have your delivery within 4-5 working days, any colours not held in stock are always despatched within 10 working days from receipt of order. With the exception of the scoops, shovels, brushes and forks, all of our products are manufactured in-house here in good old Bury, Lancashire. Because we are the manufacturer we keep costs and delivery times to an absolute minimum, enabling our customers to benefit.
All products manufactured in-house are made to exacting standards from very strong medium density polyethylene, so we guarantee that when your horse decides to hoof your mounting block as hard as possible, it will NOT crack. Our products are 3-5mm thick, they can be left outside all year round if you wish, and they will last for many many years. Unlike wooden alternatives, our blocks are very easy to clean and move, and what’s more they don’t need re-painting!!
